This notice explains information handling on UnaBase's public website. The knowledge base, workspace and third-party services may have separate data practices.
Browsing the public website
You do not need to sign in to read this website. The website itself does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process necessary technical logs such as IP addresses, request times and browser information. When you visit the root homepage, the site checks for an existing local sign-in session and lets the application route you to your workspace or, if you do not have workspace access, to container tracking.
Appearance and language
The website stores appearance and manually selected language preferences in your browser. On your first homepage visit, it selects Chinese, English or Spanish from your browser language list, defaulting to English when none is supported. You can select a language or choose “Use browser language” to restore automatic selection. Explicit language links retain their specified language. These preferences apply only to the public website, do not access workspace records and can be cleared in your browser.
Contact and demo inquiries
The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser; it does not submit its contents to this website. The recipient receives the message only after you send it in your email app. Email providers process messages under their own service rules. Do not include sensitive documents or account information.
Use of inquiry information
Information you choose to send is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs and arrange a demo. Use the contact email below to request access, corrections or deletion relating to an inquiry; handling depends on applicable requirements and necessary business records.
